Joe does an excellent job in explaining what was or needs to be done. This is my second experience with Rob's Import Repair, and both have been great. Hats off to a place that still believes in customer care. Prices aren't cheap, but the quality of work justifies that. This work was on an older BMW X5, so not all recommended work was done. Just good to know what to look for in the future. I'll be bringing a 1995 SL500 here soon, and look forward to the results from those repairs.

I put on a lot of miles as a rideshare driver, so I purchased the Car Care book which is like buying oil changes and many other services in advance, but at a discount. Always treated fairly and the cost is kept within the quoted amount. A-1 in my book.
