Exceptional customer service! A few hours after picking up my car, I received a text message from the man we were working with, asking me if everything was going ok with my car. I was very impressed by this, and it showed me that they genuinely care that my car is working properly. Would highly recommend Al Huss Auto, and will use Al Huss for future vehicle maintenance/repairs.
My wife and I have tried this shop for our vehicles a couple times now and I couldn't be happier with results. The manager John took excellent care of us, communicated well, made everything fast and easy. They even gave my wife a free loaner vehicle for the afternoon so she could run back to work and didn't have to burn a vacation day! The shop is clean and the mechanic came out to explain what he all did to the vehicle. He also mentioned some things to keep an eye on in the future but wasn't pushy about it like a lot of places are! I would highly recommend anyone go and let them take care of you!
