Very knowledgeable, knows the product and sells quality products. We got the woodstove that fit our needs (looks and performance) for at a decent price. Installation went smoothly as I had everything measured to ensure clearances and had hole centers marked for proper placement. Had it several years and its still holding up great!
Had them come for a inspection in May/June. Very easy to work with. Reinstalled the vent pipe per code. Reasonably priced and would recommend.
Excellent sales experience,,,But Install team is a complete disappointment. $2000 dollars higher then their estimate. Shut or furnace off during the day. To return to 50 degree house with our 4 month old. Fireplace is 1/4 inch out of square and 3/8 inch out of center. Over a week behind promised install date. One day of install the ran into clearance issues which were resolved that day. We were scheduled for next day but they cancelled saying they need to days. Putting other contractors a week behind and causing us lost wages.....Terrible customer service...It goes on and on.....Don't reccomend
