Very professional - from the salesperson who set things up to the installers. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our new roof looks great, and the installers did a great job cleaning up afterward, too! We highly recommend this company.

We personally did not enjoy our experience with this company. From the get go it seemed like Security-Luebke could have cared less about our business even though we were spending quite a bit of money to have gutters put on our house. The sales person took forever to follow up with us even when we expressed interest in the gutters and we were constantly having to get in touch with him. He took pictures of the house so the installers would be well prepared, but when the day came to install the workman didn't bring everything they needed with them and had to delay our scheduled time; we already had to wait two-three weeks after putting down our deposit to get on the schedule. After the gutters were installed we were told by the sales person that he would come out to do a final inspection but that never happened and instead we just received a bill. Very impersonal and though it might not have seemed like a of money to them it was to us, and this company gave the me the impression they could have cared less if they got our business. Wish we would have gone somewhere else and would not recommend.

Though a couple of issues occurred during installation, they were quickly resolved in a professional and courteous manner. Security-Luebke Roofing stands behind their workmanship! Very happy with the result!
They came late and when they did come it was out of the blue, and I had to run home from work to meet them. We had a hard time with getting them done and getting them off site. It was overpriced. I would not recommend.
